Our Leadership

About

My name is Benjamin Musampa, I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Sociology and a Bilingual certificate in Public Administration and Public Policy at York University in Toronto. Over the years, I have developed a strong interest in the subject area of Public Policy and Social Justice Issues in Canada and abroad. Matter of fact, I am currently involve with the Ontario Public Interest Group (OPIRG) at York University; where I have an unique opportunity to increase my knowledge about social justice matters through Working Groups. The two projects I have been taking part most recently are  The prison book access and Solidarity for Haiti ones. I am also an active member of UNICEF Toronto. By advocating for UNICEF I have gotten the unique opportunity to educate High School and University students through Public Speaking workshops about the state of children and women in under developed countries around the Globe; which I believe is extremely fruitful. As for my Public Policy interest, I try to attend, as much as I can, Public Policy seminars organized by research institute like the Fraser Institute. So far, I have, pretty much, described my areas of interests and activities while allowing you to know a bit more about me as an individual.
